Cancellation Policy

You can cancel and reschedule your booking yourself up to 72hr prior to the booking confirmed using our online platform. If you need to cancel after this time, email hello@logfireservices.co.nz. If we do not recieved your cancelation before 24hrs, a $30 cancelation fee will be charged. If no one is home at the confirmed 2 hr time slot, a $30 no show fee will be charged. A reminder will be sent 4 days & 1 day before the service booked, you can cancel via this email sent if you are unable to make the booking.
